Industry Partner Portal

Thank you for your contribution to the 2020 Chest Wall Injury Summit.  This is the main educational activity for our society and a keystone annual event within the SSRF industry – so your participation is both valued and valuable.

As an accredited continuing medical education activity, there are standards and policies by which we will abide to maintain compliance with the ACCME, ANCC, and AAPA.  Additionally, CWIS has internal policies and standards as it relates to potential conflicts of interest and relevant financial relationships with industry partners.  We appreciate and expect your cooperation with the standards as well.

In preparation for the CWISummit, we recognize you may have a variety of questions, needs, and/or requests in order to be prepared.  Please feel free to email them to us via sarahann@cwisociety.org or information@cwisociety.org – or call/WhatsApp us at (801) 910-3241.

On Monday, April 20 you will receive the name and cell phone number of the CWIS team member who will be facilitating all needs on-site.  Please connect with her for all exhibit-related questions from that point forward to ensure the most prompt follow-up.

Important Dates/Times to Note:
  • Thursday, April 23 at 12:00 - Industry check-in starts and exhibit set-up available
  • Thursday, April 23 at 1600 - CWISummit officially begins
  • Saturday, April 25 at 1515 - Industry partners begin breaking down exhibits
  • Saturday, April 25 at 1830 - All exhibit materials must be removed or discarded from ballroom
